EarthNet and Prometheus are research and decision-support systems in live validation. They are not official warning services, emergency instructions or replacements for responsible authorities and domain experts.
Prometheus runs Decision Futures himself
Prometheus does not wait for someone to open a trial. When he finds an eligible candidate, he freezes the evidence and defines a small set of explicit scenarios — baseline, intervene, wait or no action where those branches make sense.
He carefully runs every declared scenario himself, preserving the assumptions, causal pathway, uncertainty and simulated consequences for each branch. No simulated branch is quietly promoted into an observed fact.
Prometheus then follows later independent evidence, records what reality actually did, resolves the case and logs what he learned. Future users can inspect the full chain: candidate, frozen evidence, scenario runs, simulated outcomes, observed outcome and resolution.
Autonomous mode: Prometheus reviews candidates, runs scenarios and logs outcomes himself. No human trigger is required; real-world operational authority remains with responsible people and organisations.
