Investigating the signals within living systems.
Living systems operate across interconnected scales. Changes in genes influence proteins, proteins participate in pathways, and pathways shape cellular behaviour, tissue function and the health of organisms.
Our research explores connecting biological observations, evaluating mechanisms and identifying hypotheses worthy of further investigation.
COMPUTATIONAL BIOLOGY LABORATORYSix research foundations. One laboratory.
Explore Ocean Genesis, cancer precursor research and Pythology’s evidence-first biological research architecture. This is a public, read-only showcase; internal tools remain private.
BIO-SYMBOLOGYConnecting biological patterns with structured scientific reasoning.
This research direction combines computational pattern analysis with explicit representations of genes, pathways, cellular processes, disease mechanisms and scientific evidence. Contradictions and uncertainty remain visible.
MULTI-OMIC BIOREACTOR ENGINEFrom molecular observations to testable hypotheses.
The six-stage prototype investigates genomic variants, cellular states, tissue contexts, intervention hypotheses, evidence dossiers, cohort patterns and experimental feedback. Model interpretations are kept separate from observed biological facts.
PROTEUS MOLECULAR INTELLIGENCEExploring molecular structure and function.
Proteus is a research workbench for protein-sequence exploration, variants, structural context, controlled molecular design hypotheses and evidence tracking. Current foundation demonstrations are reproducible calculations, not validated proteins or therapeutics.
BIO-SYMBOLIC TRANSCRIPTOMIC SCREENINGInvestigating compound–disease signature relationships.
A Rust-accelerated statistical engine explores compounds whose measured gene-expression signatures computationally oppose disease-associated expression patterns. These are research candidates, not evidence of therapeutic safety or efficacy.
SYMBIOSCREENCan blood gene-expression patterns reveal biological abnormalities?
SymbioScreen researches a 500-gene blood-transcriptomic panel using healthy-reference anomaly detection, calibration, quality checks and separated synthetic evaluation. An abnormality score is not a disease probability; clinical diagnostic performance remains unvalidated.
What connects the biological research?
Although these projects address different biological problems, they share a philosophy: connect observations across scales, preserve evidence provenance, keep hypotheses distinct from results, record contradictions and incorporate independently measured feedback.
Evidence → hypothesis → investigation → experimental evidence → revision.
Research boundary: the systems are at different development stages, and their integration remains a research objective. None offers clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendations or experimentally validated therapies.
